- one of the Midlands best known housebuilder's is looking for an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join their Customer Care team in Leicester with immediate effect
- with the position coming about due to some internal promotions, the Customer Care Coordinator role you'd be slotting in to consists of a long standing Customer Care team working alongside a newly promoted Customer Care Manager in resolving and enhancing new homeowners processes in buying and living in their new homes during the warranty period
- the ideal candidate will have had experience working in a fast paced housebuilder's Customer Care department and be used to working with the site teams, contractors and of course Customers
- you'd be working with a housebuild team who win several awards for their quality of build, have several sites coming online in the next 12 months and a team that promotes from within
- hey offer a competitive salary up to £27,000, a yearly bonus and several company outings during the year including a team day out and a year end and Christmas do
- you'd also be out and about on various site visits and with all the above taken into consideration it's a great career move working for one of the best housebuilders around
