- ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents
- conduct regular assessments and reviews of residents' needs

- must be a registered manager with relevant qualifications OR BE WILLING TO ACHIEVE THE REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS ASAP
- experience in care home or a similar setting is preferred
- strong leadership and management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of medication administration procedures and protocols
- ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions
