  • working with the AQLP team to ensure accurate checking of cases and submission of mortgage applications
  • use specialist in-house systems to add relevant notes to cases, input data where necessary & review documents
  • maintain client / mortgage records through a high-tech customer management system
  • answering the telephone, note/message taking and outbound calls
  • be able to prioritise tasks and have the ability to work under pressure
  • have strong organisational skills
  • have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • be a team player
