the OA is often the first person that members and non‐members contact when dealing with
HERO‐ERA. The role is likely to be held by a person with a bubbly, friendly, outgoing personality attached to a can‐do attitude. They would need to be punctual and very organised
based at our brand‐new state‐of‐the‐art purpose‐built HQ at Bicester Motion, the OA role is clearly defined but there will be a requirement to carry out any other work such as attendance at social events, shows and on other events to assist and promote HERO‐ERA
dealing with enquiries on the phone – transferring calls to the right person
receiving and checking in deliveries
manage the stationery store: o Checking in orders against delivery note o Advising the relevant teams of the order arrival o Placing Stationery orders
follow through on‐line store orders with suppliers to ensure they are shipped
any other roles that are needed in respect of delivering the events, shows, etc. as required by the company
