  • to professionally handle enquiries from existing/new clients
  • arrange appointments for our Estate Planning Consultants
  • answer initial questions about products and services
  • manage their own call list of potential client enquiries
  • accurately upload new enquiry details to database
  • recording all client interactions and ensuring contact details are up-to-date on client database
  • ensure the Consultants diary is managed and updated correctly
  • printing and posting out product information to clients on behalf of Consultants

Requirements

  • experience of working in a customer service role
  • passionate about providing a great experience for all clients
  • demonstrable professional telephone manner
  • able to maintain focus and accuracy in a busy office environment
  • ability to work individually and as part of a wider team
  • ability to embrace change
