Responsibility

  • liaising between the Staff and Manager
  • attending and contributing to monthly staff meetings and senior staff meetings
  • carrying out the Manager’s duties in their absence
  • completing all training of ELFYI and ensure all staff are up to date too
  • to ensure that any clinical waste is disposed of in the appropriate bins
  • conducting inductions of new staff and per quality framework
  • entering staff rota’s onto Deputy
  • updating and maintaining Risk Assessments on PCS
