Requirements
- excellent comminucation and interpersonal skills are essential along with good numeracy skills and the ability to work under pressure
- strong attention to detail and initiative are also required with a positive, can do attitude
- maintain high levels of cleaniless & hygiene throughout all customer contact points, food storage and food preparation areas
- deliver excellent customer service with firnedly interactions and expectation management
- process customer orders and take payments
- previous experience within a food service or hospitality environment are desirable but not essential as training for all team members will be provided along with additional training
- positively manage customer expectations regarding food orders and wait times including any delays
