Responsibility
- candidate one - labourer
- HPS is looking for someone to labour for skilled workers on site
- other roles will include general gardening ) as well as basic painting/decorating and cleaning when required
- hereford Property Services are looking for two maintenance staff to join our team on a Self Employed basis
- candidate two - semi skilled
- at Hereford Property Services we mainly undertake corrective void maintenance and landlord maintenance contracts. Our jobs roles range everything from painting and decorating to general building
- we currently work within Herefordshire limits but some travelling/staying away may be required at times. We work 5 days a week, 8-10 hour days, plus weekends on occasions. However, weekend work is not mandatory
- wage rates will be probationary and higher rates will be available for the correct candidate
