Responsibility
- to efficiently lead a team and maintain the high standard of work required to uphold the reputation of the company
- train & mentor new staff
- carry out appraisals of team members
- ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard and meet customer needs at all times
- health and safety measures are adhered to
- ensure equipment is used and maintained correctly
- ensure Customer requests are addressed promptly and courteously
- ensure supplies are replenished daily and weekly from central base
Requirements
- ability to work efficiently, with both speed and good attention to detail
- ability to lead a team by example and use initiative that addresses customer needs or changes as required
- to be reliable and responsible
- non Smoker
- have good customer and communication skills
- previous cleaning experience is preferred, but full training will be provided
- driving positions will require a full clean driving licence
- two full references, one from most recent employer
