Responsibility
- to supervise, direct and organise bottling and canning staff ensuring all health and safety rules are followed
- to ensure bottling and canning staff are strictly following procedures
- to check paperwork and ensure all instructed checks are being carried out
- to carry out packaging hall duties as required ensuring the line is constantly running as continuous and efficiently as possible
- to ensure the bottling hall is kept tidy and that cleaning duties are being followed
- to carry out all product checks as instructed
- to ensure machine down time is used effectively
- to direct cleaning and maintenance of machines
