- we have an exciting Project Manager vacancy to join our established Healthcare team in the London region
- this is a great opportunity to work alongside Henry Riley’s long-standing clients in the healthcare sector
- ensure the client achieves their stated objectives through close teamwork, proactive risk and programme controls and the provision of contractual advice
- administer the tender processes for consultant and contractor appointments
- provide /obtain advice on contractors, specialists, procurement routes, cost and programme solutions and present to the client
- henry Riley is an international property and construction consultancy, who, for the last 130 years have been industry leaders in cost management, project management, health & safety, and digital services
Requirements
- degree qualified in a relevant subject such as Construction Project Management
- membership to a relevant professional body such as the CIOB or RICS would be advantageous but is not essential
- prior experience working in a Project Manager role for a similar construction consultancy is essential
- proven experience of project managing a combination of new build, refurbishment and/or fit-out projects is desirable
- experience of carrying out full pre and post contract duties in a Project Management role
- experience of administering contracts under JCT contract, including design and build and traditional forms
- previous experience of working on construction projects in the healthcare sector would be advantageous
