Requirements
have experience in Store Format, store design, planning or in-store ranging or Merchandising experience
you must have project management, store experience
knowledge of the Convenience and PFS sectors is highly desirable
good understanding of store plans and critical paths
understanding of Health and Safety compliance
A confident, driven and enthusiastic person who can work under pressure, prioritise and handle challenging and changing situations. ·
have operated into a Regional, Area or Field Management capacity as this will require nationwide travel
flexibility as this role is UK wide you will be staying over 2/3 times a week
Responsibility
maintain store development processes ensuring that all development projects are delivered to critical path timescales
ensure that all stakeholders across the development programmes are kept updated with relevant information ·
collate quality feedback from all stakeholders
ensure that all projects are legally compliant, and health and safety requirements are adhered to
you will be involved with all new store openings, refits and reformatting and delivering this through effective communication with all stakeholders
use available data to ensure that the project has fulfilled the original objectives
you will be managing the project - i.e. ensuring suppliers are aware and turn up when required, dealing with issues that arise, managing and supporting merchandisers
you will be involved with the head of trade, ranging & pricing manager, shopfitters & suppliers to create the store plans and any innovations
