AAT / ICB Bookkeeping Level 2/3 or similar
proven experience as an Book keeper
familiarity with Nominal ledgers, Day Books, Journals
experience with office equipment
it is your responsibility to carry out your duties in line with the Equalities Duties
experience of office applications
proficiency in MS Office
Responsibility
helping the Accountant with administrative duties and preparing yearly accounts within 2 months of year end including, responding to queries on accounts and any anomalies
preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure
verifying the accuracy of business accounts and alerting the Manager and Directors of errors
filing hard copies
