Responsibility
- the successful applicant will be the sole projects lead ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
- RICS qualifications would be preferred but not essential
- co-ordinating internal resources as well as third party suppliers and contractors for the flawless execution of projects
- you will report directly to the Managing Director
- the position will be interesting, varied, and challenging, with excellent future prospects
- we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team and support our continued growth as a construction management consultancy. They will manage organization of the companies’ projects across residential construction
- the project manager should have an appropriate background which will include management, budgeting and analysis, and QS skills would be an advantage
Requirements
- A degree in Surveying / Property / Construction related discipline or other qualifications/experience to demonstrate an equivalent level of skill
- professionally Qualified to Chartered with RICS preferred but not essential
- management of scheme delivery to time and budget with the internal and external contractors
- cost Planning coordination
- value Engineering
- A deep technical skill set to enable the competent delivery of the Key Responsibilities without management input
- develop a detailed project plan to track progress and oversee all trades
- experience in the management of complex residential schemes
