Responsibility
- day to day management of the Network team members
- coordination of NetPro network operations and point of contact for T4 escalations
- liaison with Mobile Networks, suppliers and third parties to identify root cause for issues and troubleshooting
- support the team in more complex planned works
- develop and implement network policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations

Requirements
- strong knowledge of AWS networking services
- proficiency in managing Active Directory and vSphere environments
- team management
- experience with Single Sign-On authentication protocols
- familiarity with VPN configurations and troubleshooting
- strong technical and analytical skills
- solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of problems
- solid understanding of network support protocols such as DHCP, DNS, FTP, etc
