Responsibility

  • we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team
  • this is a stand alone role, reporting into the Finance Director
  • to operate in the capacity of a hands on Business partner / HR Manager advising on all things HR and People
  • develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • provide advice and guidance on employee relations issues
  • develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements
  • analyse HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • the successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance to senior management on a range of HR topics, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development
