process, maintain & record redeemable coupons for retail stores, returning to designated suppliers in the designated time
deal with queries from retail stores, suppliers, and internal departments regarding the effective and accurate processing/ redemption of coupons
liaise with retail stores to request information and assist in completion of fuel loss queries
complete written correspondence with the DVLA to follow up on fuel loss from retail stores
input data and information onto computer database
maintain and update files on system to ensure up to date and compliant
filing information in adherence to data protection regulations and procedures
