  • we are currently looking for a and hard working sous chef to work along side our head chef
  • hemingway's in Leith is currently undergoing some renovations and modernisation of our restaurant, as well as a 70 seater terrace currently being built, we are renovating the bar & restaurant
  • we are changing our food offering to modern fresh cooking, so pasta and baking skills will be advantageous. The sous position will be working closely with our head chef in the development and execution of our new menu
