  • reporting to the Head of Supply, you will collaborate closely with the Product Manager team and leverage your expertise in demand planning and knowledge of ERP systems to estimate future product demand, analyse inventory flow, and develop accurate forecast models
  • the ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of advanced mathematical and forecasting policies, as well as hands-on experience with ERP systems to optimize demand planning and inventory management processes

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, statistics, or a related field. Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus
  • minimum of 3 years of experience in a demand planning or forecasting role
  • solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures, encompassing inventory control, replenishment, and optimization
  • strong mathematical and statistical knowledge, coupled with proficiency in advanced forecasting techniques, data analysis, and modelling
  • proficiency in working with ERP systems and leveraging their functionalities for demand planning and inventory management purposes
  • proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • collaborative mindset with a proven track record of successfully working within cross-functional teams, particularly the Product Manager team and senior management
