Responsibility
- conduct body composition assessments and consultations with users to determine their fitness goals and needs
- design and implement customized workout plans for users that are tailored to their body composition and fitness goals
- provide ongoing support and motivation to users to help them achieve their fitness goals
- answer questions and provide guidance to users on exercise form, nutrition, and overall health and wellness
- collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and convert them into subscribers
- conduct sales calls, follow-up emails, and meetings with potential subscribers
- maintain accurate and up-to-date records of user progress, feedback, and sales activities
Requirements
- experience as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, or Health Coach preferred
- strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their fitness goals
- passion for health and wellness and a commitment to staying up-to-date on industry trends and research
- sales experience and a proven track record of success is preferred
- sales: 1 year
- 2+ years of experience working as a fitness trainer, preferably in a one-on-one setting
