Responsibility
- whilst providing both written and verbal instructions /guidance to them
- to receive and process referrals in a timely manner to ensure all paperwork is received and completed
- to liaise with commissioners to maintain existing contacts and to encourage new business
- to represent the Company in a professional manner on the telephone, face to face or in written communication
- to be responsible to the Registered Manager for the day to day service provision .To direct, plan and co-ordinate the effective deployment of community Care Workers as a continuous process to ensure their work schedule provides the best match of skill and time available to Service Users and carers
- to ensure that telephones are answered promptly and people are spoken to in a polite and respectful manner
- to undertake the weekly allocation of work schedules within the set deadline and in accordance with Company policies. Ensuring all Care Workers receives their schedules and all relevant information
- to maintain confidentiality at all times and carry out the Company’s Confidentiality Policy
