  • process all daily payments from bank feed and Stripe, and apply to client accounts/records
  • process QuickBooks bank feed
  • deal with any payment queries directly from counsellors, clients, suppliers and internally
  • reconciliation of client accounts
  • credit control – clients & counsellors
  • preparation and filing of monthly accounts payable
  • assist with monthly dashboard reporting
  • provide input for monthly financial review and planning
