Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or similar level qualification
  • previous experience in the commercial property sector
  • must be an excellent record keeper
  • must hold a full driving licence with access to own transport
  • must be willing to travel around the north of England
  • must be dressed tidily and appropriately to visit clients, consultants and local authorities
  • PPE will be provided for sites under construction
  • commercial Property : 1 year

Responsibility

  • assisting with invoicing rent, service charge and insurances
  • assisting with project management including attendance of meetings and minute taking
