your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors who visit the office, collaborating closely with Property Managers and Negotiators
by undertaking this role, you will develop a good understanding of our business while overseeing various essential tasks such as processing incoming post, logging keys in and out, and ensuring inventories and keys are readily available for collection by inventory clerks and tenants
you will also play a crucial role in setting up new Landlords, properties, and Tenants on our maintenance portal, as well as supporting Property Managers by carrying out administrative duties such as creating tenancy guides
