Responsibility
- you will lead the operational teams to ensure efficient delivery of work to the required standards
- reporting to the MD you will be responsible for achieving KPI's and operational processes whilst maintaining H&S standards
- review and improve processes through communication with other team members and customers
- scheduling and ordering of stock to ensure efficient use
- culturally the Hedgelife team appreciates those that roll their sleeves up and get stuck in, no matter the level
- you will be comfortable managing teams of people working over a large geographical area and come with a flexible, positive and proactive approach
Requirements
- agriculture: 2 years
