we are currently looking for a Finance Administrator to join our small, dedicated team in Norwich
lead contact for annual audit review
creation, review and updating System Process Notes
attend relevant appropriate meetings
record and monitor all monies in and out of Hebron Housing
ensure the balance sheet reconciliations are processed in a timely and accurate fashion. Maintain and perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Ensure the Treasurer is kept informed of any relevant issues
order, maintain and balance all petty cash accounts ensuring no more than £1000 is held on the premises
conduct a physical petty cash count on the last working day of the month, ensuring reconciles to Xero balance
