  • A minimum of 10 years as Pastry Chef, demonstrating that you can produce high end products
  • A minimum of 10 years as Pastry Chef, with at least 3 years experience in a Luxury establishment
  • strong attention to detail is critical
  • ability to listen and communicate effectively
  • ability to listen, communicate and lead a pastry team effectively
  • ideally the candidate will have NVQ Level 1/2/3 Professional Cookery/Patisserie or equivalent
