Requirements

  • lead the Health and Safety function on-site and be the key point of contact for all Health and Safety matters
  • set the Health and Safety strategy, write policy, provide competent Health and Safety advice and ensure compliance across the estate
  • oversee the Health and Safety for commercial and residential properties and ensure compliance with the building and fire safety act
  • carry out Health and Safety audits/inspections, maintain records, investigate accidents and ensure statutory compliance
