previous experience teaching or tutoring graphic design or a related subject at the BTEC Level 3 is highly desirable
A deep understanding of graphic design principles, techniques and industry-standard software tools
strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas to the student
experience of working with students who have an EHCP would be desirable
patience, adaptability and the ability to personalise instruction based on the student's learning style and needs
A passion for graphic design, creativity and a desire to inspire and motivate students
teaching: 1 year
A PGCE or QTS is preferred but not essential. Relevant professional experience and qualifications will also be considered
