Responsibility

  • the role is kitchen based and will involve baking, basic cooking and prep work
  • however you must have the understanding and skills to be able to get stuck in straight away with minimal training
  • we are recruiting for 2 x kitchen roles, the hours are flexible at the moment as it's candidate dependent but could be 1 x FT role or 2 x PT roles, primarily weekdays with 1-2 Saturdays p/m
  • the ability to work under pressure and work well as a team is a must and outweighs the need for professional kitchen experience
  • I’m also looking for someone who is going to bring their own ideas and be willing to try out new recipes under direction.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • you must also be prepared to get involved and help out in other areas in the coffee shop when necessary, we’re a small team and it’s integral we all get on and recognise when help is required
