Responsibility
- part of the role is to organise the fun stuff too, collections for milestone birthdays, retirements and length of service awards
- you will be involved in and administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, induction forms for new starters and Holiday/Sickness record keeping and monthly management reports
- you will ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation. Being the first port of contact with recruitment agencies, coordinating interviews and CVs
- you will also help with the planning and sourcing of training courses for all staff. Build effective working relationships with all departments and assist with any ad hoc project work as requested by HR Manager
- you will be trustworthy, confidential, flexible and have a willingness to learn, enjoy working with people and the ability to work as part of a team. You will need to work accurately, with attention to detail
