Responsibility

  • deputy Manager for semi-independent supported living homes

  • we are developing our current in-house residential services to best meet the needs of our children because we want the best for them
  • following significant company investment, our new strategy seeks to bring children closer to their families and communities, living in high-quality care that is tailored to them
  • restorative Practice and Trauma Informed Practice training will be required for all staff
  • we are seeking a Deputy Manager to assist with the development of new homes, drive standards, and provide exceptional service to our young people
