Responsibility
- due to increased demand from our new clients, Hearts First Ambulance Service is expanding the Operations Team
- we are looking to recruit individuals that are highly self-motivated and hardworking
- you will learn all aspects of a ground ambulance repatriation service
- maintain high standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability
- maintain high business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
- use established in-house systems to log and generate operational documentation
- use your organisation and commercial awareness skills to plan and manage patient journeys throughout the U.K and Western Europe
- maintain strong relationships with ambulance staff, business, and private clients
Requirements
- excellent IT skills with confident use of MS Office
- minimum 2 GCSE A- Level passes
- excellent interpersonal, writing and communication skills
- minimum GCSE Grade C/Level 4 in English and Maths
- strong organisational skills
- strong problem solving and multitasking skills
- comfortable working with multiple groups within business
- strong ability to problem solve and multitask
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
