Responsibility

  • ensuring that customers receive the best service possible
  • mixing drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages to venue specification
  • upholding a constant level of staff productivity
  • maintaining health and safety standards within the bar
  • confident in dealing with a diverse customer base
  • your shifts/hours will be mostly fixed at 10pm-4am Friday and Saturday nights, with occasional extra hours depending on business needs
