- duties include
- the ideal applicant will be AAT qualified, well organised with strong accounts / finance experience, great administration skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- you will have a proactive approach with good attention to detail and be able to prioritise a varied workload to meet important deadlines
- monitor day to day financial transactions for both companiesusing Sage accounting software
- it is essential the right candidate has experience in a fast paced working environment and can demonstrate being able to be productive under pressure
- maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
- reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of all financial data
- prepare and file relevant tax documents, including VAT returns and other regulatory requirements

Requirements
