Requirements
- proven background of running multi million pound projects
- experience of working on new build and refurbishments project within the industrial and commercial sectors
- strong organisation skills with a methodical approach
- the candidate will need to demonstrate a sound knowledge of all aspects of construction and an appreciation of contract issues
- HNC Construction/BSc Construction Management or similar
- leading the site team including effective coordination of subcontractors together with overseeing the requirements of client fit out contractors
- managers CSCS and SMSTS/SSSTS
- future work is likely to be from Midlands to Oxfordshire so being located within this area would be an advantage
Contract type
- revision of programme, discussing any risk with the senior managers
- liaising with the Quantity Surveyor on commercial matters
- maintain excellent relationships with the Stakeholders through first-class communication and working in a collaborative manner at all times
- input into progress reports and liaise with the client team and attend meetings where needed
- through effective management of the site team, ensure that sub-contract personnel on site adhere to the Company’s quality, programme and H&S requirements
