• target new, existing and lapsed supporters for inflow growth in all areas of the product range as appropriate
• advisor contact should include, but not be limited to, telephone, email and WebEx activity
• help develop adviser technical understanding including generic, product specific and client focused information
• schedule meetings for the Senior BDM and telephone/WebEx meetings for yourself
• update CRM system to reflect activity, pipeline and progress of relationships in the region
• work with Senior BDM to develop and execute a plan that will deliver above target inflows/income
• take ownership of specific relationships within the region. These will include, but need not be limited to, paraplanners, admin staff and/or specific advisors / firms within the region
• use available data to target advisers, accounts, products and/or areas of the business model as appropriate
• generate and manage pipeline, with a focus on conversion, and applications, with a focus on efficient allocation of investments
• make use of regional budget to create new opportunities and develop relationships through presentation, recognition and hospitality events
• make full use of marketing materials and other resources made available to you
