Responsibility
- an opportunity to join an expanding and progressive company as a Service desk Advisor in a fast-paced and varied environment
- this will cover both planned and reactive works
- process calls and emails from internal departments and third parties
- resolve general enquires on a first call resolution basis where possible
- liaise with contractors, to confirm/schedule attendance to work orders within agreed SLA’s
- create regular reports and provide progress updates for Helpdesk Manager as and when required
- build relationships with your sites/customer base, provide regular updates and opportunities to review progress
- your role will involve receiving calls and emails from customers or contractors relating to various service and maintenance works that are required
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
