Responsibility
- ensuring Care Staff provide high-quality care services to clients in their homes
- conducting assessments and audits
- consultation with the clients and their families
- providing support and guidance to care workers on a day-to-day basis
- liaising with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure that clients receive the appropriate care and support
- monitoring and reporting on the team's performance, including compliance with regulatory requirements, and taking appropriate action to address any issues
- being flexible with time and available to cover shifts as required
Requirements
- at least two years experience of working within care
- excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to domiciliary care
- ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A caring and compassionate attitude towards clients and their families
