Responsibility
- creating digital branding proofs and artwork
- preparing garments for embroidery (unpacking, framing, changing thread colours and uploading designs
- running multiple multi-head and single head embroidery machines at a time
- operating manual and automatic heat presses
- monitoring the embroidery machines and carrying out basic maintenance
- managing stock levels and performing monthly stock takes
- managing production schedules
- responding to customer queries
