- we are recruiting home care worker to support service users to live as much independently as possible within their own homes
- visit vulnerable people in their own homes and support them to carry out their daily lives safely and effectively
- assist people with pre-agreed daily tasks that may include personal care, personal support, domestic support or visiting local amenities
- ensure care plans and other information about how to support service users are followed
