• we are seeking a Credit Control Administrator to join our existing Credit Control team based in Colchester, Essex
• we have an exciting opportunity to work within our credit control team supporting the care homes and branches
• monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm
• responsibilities of this role will include business to business and consumer customer contact, ensuring accurate and up to date customer account details are maintained
• the ideal candidate will need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, have a basic knowledge of credit control which includes reconciliation experience and the ability to work within a team as well as working on their own initiative

Requirements

• senior healthcare leader with at least three years in a senior regional position
• experience managing over 20,000 hours
• continuous business improvement experience
