Responsibility
- prepare and plan for inspections, ensuring staff performance management
- establish operational planning and financial control systems
- promote team working, respect, and excellence
- as the Operations Director, you play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and sustainable delivery of care to those supported in their homes
- reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for adapting and executing the strategic business plan, developing robust staffing structures, and overseeing day-to-day business operations
- report and escalate safety incidents and safeguarding cases
- facilitate and update policies, ensuring adherence to best practices
- develop, implement, and monitor targets and KPIs
Requirements
- senior healthcare leader with at least three years in a senior regional position
- experience managing over 20,000 hours
- continuous business improvement experience
- strong strategic planning and service development skills
- working knowledge of Continuing Healthcare and complex healthcare systems
- up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements
