Responsibility
- in this role, you will take full responsibility for client home care provision and staff management
- ensuring compliance with all CQC and Company regulations to maintain high-quality care standards
- recruitment, appraisal, development, and supervision of all care staff, fostering a skilled and compassionate team
- key responsibilities
- creation and implementation of new care packages to meet individual client requirements, ensuring a person-centred approach
- efficiently manage the day to day running of the branch
- management and development of the service to enhance operational efficiency and service excellence
- allocate resources and monitor performance to deliver high quality homecare to customers
Education
- diploma of Higher Education
Requirements
- qualifications such as NVQ 4, RMA, or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care are highly desirable
- proven experience in a care management role, preferably in the domiciliary care sector
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- strong leadership ability to effectively manage and develop a dedicated care team
- commercially minded with the ability to contribute to the growth and success of the branch
- understanding and commitment to delivering high-quality care services that adhere to all regulations and policies
- however, we also welcome candidates with NVQ 3 qualifications who are motivated to pursue further CQC recognised qualifications to progress their careers
