Responsibility
in this role, you will take full responsibility for client home care provision and staff management
ensuring compliance with all CQC and Company regulations to maintain high-quality care standards
recruitment, appraisal, development, and supervision of all care staff, fostering a skilled and compassionate team
key responsibilities
creation and implementation of new care packages to meet individual client requirements, ensuring a person-centred approach
efficiently manage the day to day running of the branch
management and development of the service to enhance operational efficiency and service excellence
allocate resources and monitor performance to deliver high quality homecare to customers
Education
diploma of Higher Education
Requirements
qualifications such as NVQ 4, RMA, or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care are highly desirable
proven experience in a care management role, preferably in the domiciliary care sector
excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
strong leadership ability to effectively manage and develop a dedicated care team
commercially minded with the ability to contribute to the growth and success of the branch
understanding and commitment to delivering high-quality care services that adhere to all regulations and policies
however, we also welcome candidates with NVQ 3 qualifications who are motivated to pursue further CQC recognised qualifications to progress their careers
