- to manage the day-to-day operation of the Domiciliary Care Service business
- to manage the Domiciliary Care Service within budgeted targets
- to undertake preliminary Risk Assessments at a service user’s home in line with Organisational Health & Safety Policies
- to manage the role of “Responsible Person” with respect to Regulating Authority Guidelines, Health & Safety requirements, and
- to participate as required in the multi-disciplinary assessment of service user needs and the subsequent planning of service user care
- to manage and implement all aspects of the organisation’s HR Policies
