HEALTHCARE 365 is looking for employees for positions:

stock controller

  • stock controller
  • warehouse team leader
  • warehouse operative

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • complete perpetual inventory counting
  • support annual stock takes
  • compiling daily reports and addressing inventory discrepancies
  • checking all stock reports to maintain the integrity of the stock systems on site
  • responding to customer queries in a timely manner
  • stock checking locations based on discrepancies
  • control the returns area and put back to stock or dispose as required
  • adjust sage based on the investigation

Requirements

  • experience using SAGE
  • previous experience working in a warehouse environment
  • previous VNA or Forklift experience / Licenses
  • ability to listen and understand information
  • presents information in a clear and concise manner
  • knows appropriate way of communicating with customers, peers and line managers and external stakeholders
  • demonstrates respect for all individuals in all forms of communication
  • treat people fairly and courteously
