Responsibility
- support the Chief Development Officer and Senior Commercial Strategy Manager in developing and executing our B2C and B2B marketing strategies
- manage the Senior Marketing Executive
- identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance
- measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against KPIs
- brief campaigns to key stakeholders including agencies, printers, copy writers and other members of the internal team
- oversee relationship with digital agency, ensuring that our business priorities are being focused on for both SEO and PPC
- oversee ongoing website development work
- work alongside Senior Commercial Strategy Manager to deliver accurate and timely biannual marketing reports for each of our London specialty centres, as well as ensuring key information on target audiences and message development is communicated to the Marketing Team and influences each campaign
