Education
qualifications and/or Experience
experience of managing diverse groups of people across multi sites where the delivery of service is complex
an Environmental Diploma approved by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health
leading and developing a diverse range of high performing teams across a number of sites
A proven track record of effective client interaction and new contract implementation within the OH setting
previous multi-site experience of carbon reduction programmes
highly organised with ability to prioritise and manage workloads covering multiple sites
experience of effective negotiating with clients
Responsibility
support operational teams to ensure maintenance of 14001 accreditations; compliance with external reporting requirements; and continual development of Environmental Management Systems
ensure that any client bespoke requests are appropriate agreed and signed off in accordance with the relevant approvals
work collaboratively to lead, guide, advise and support operational teams in the identification and effective management of environmental risks and opportunities
support strategic planning and identification of requirements for current and future BI products and services
responsible for any ensuring that clinical operational delivery is within the standard TOM unless it has been priced accordingly
to ensure that all contractual requirements are met within agreed timeframes and costs
dealing with any other tasks, as and when required, appropriate to the position and situation
the Performance Manager will report to the Performance Director in the area and lead on the delivery of volume, quality, customer service and colleague related measures and service level performance targets in the Area. They will be able to effectively analyse and understand performance information, filtering key messages to report to the Performance Director on an exception basis
