  • we are a clinically led organisation of over 120 people, including GPs, nurses, clinical pharmacists, software engineers, account managers and customer support teams
  • our two products, Ardens Clinical and Ardens Manager, are used by 87% of GP Practices across England – we are passionate about what we do and the difference we make to frontline healthcare
  • we have three offices: Downton , Fordingbridge and Eynsham
  • recruitment Leader: Partner with management teams to understand recruitment needs, agree recruitment strategies, and ensure we attract top talent
  • HR KPIs: Support development of people data
  • onboarding and Offboarding: Support the process for new recruits from preparing contracts and coordinating induction, to ensuring a smooth exit process for departing employees

Requirements

  • HR Experience:Minimum of 3 years
  • attention to Detail: You show precision in tasks undertaken, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • excellent Internal Customer Service:You can build strong relationships at all levels and provide top-notch support to staff across the business
