- we are based in Hertfordshire and service residential, commercial and corporate buildings across the home counties and London area
- our assistance includes working on domestic properties for letting agents and independent care providers, as well as for commercial properties such as care homes, housing associations, schools, offices, children’s play centers and nurseries
- be jointly responsible for ensuring the workplace is tidy and safe
- overseeing health and safety procedures are being adhered to on sites
Requirements
- supervisor experience
- social housing experience
- trades background
- UK Driving license
- excellent level of knowledge of building construction, standards, and legislation, and an ability to diagnose and specify remedies to building defects
- people management skills
- understanding of responsive repairs, void works, planned and cyclical repairs requirements
- successful track record of delivering housing association renovations
