- experience of working in the fields of rehabilitation, or an independent living setting
- experience of working in supported accommodation or an Outreach service with one or more of the clients groups listed in the column opposite
Responsibility
- to log in and out of clients homes to register the visit and comply with the lone working procedure
- to work hours in relation to the needs of the service including evenings, weekends and
